Having sold Saris bike racks for several years, Bay Area Bikes started selling the Saris Parking products after a tour of the Madison, WI factory in 2013. Glenda recognized a need in Oakland to help property managers of residential and office buildings in providing adequate bike parking facilities, and thus started offering this service free of charge with the hopes of getting more folks to commit to a sustainable life through bicycling.
