Comments:
This is a great bike. I bought it a few months ago from [...] to replace a Giant Cypress. I really liked the Cypress when I first got it, but I wanted something quicker, lighter and more agile (but I'm not ready for a road bike just yet). This was a great pick. This is definitely faster than the Cypress, and I don't miss the suspension--plus without it, there is much less weight. Also, the Escape 2 has a step-through design so that if I'm going out for lunch from work, I can ride in a skirt. I am able to put this on my car rack without an adapter, also an improvement over the Cypress, however, I can't do so with a water bottle cage attached.
