I use these fat bike adapters as replacement trays for my Saris Freedom Superclamp. They work great with all my bikes and their different tire sizes.

The rack and fat bike wheel adapters work great but you should be able to select them as an option at purchase so you don't need to spend another $100 and have the regular holders sitting around gathering dust.

Bought the rack (Freedom Super-Clamp) about a month ago with the fat bike trays. Took about 10 minutes to install the trays on the rack. After installing they work as advertised with any type of bike (road bike 700x23 all the way up to a 4" fat bike tire.)

Work as they should are are easy to intall since each holder is marked either "A" or "B" indicating which side of the rack each should be installed. Going forward, I don't see why these should not be the standard holder for the Freedom SuperClamp hitch racks since it makes it versitale enough to hold road bikes and fat bikes alike.

Purchased these wheel holders to accommodate my new Fatboy. Holders were easy to install and provide a secure platform for the bike. I am delighted with the new holders which are also designed to accomodate road/cycle cross tires. Well thought out design.
